Great Clients, semi good pay, some of the coworkers are amazing

Most of the staff is willing to back stab you, there is no loyalty, boss is a complete joke, no room to move up in the company, high turnover rate, very unethical practices, staff is known for making fun of clients, name calling, and purposely messing up their appointments.
