Pros
Very bad communication no structure, a vulgar and chaotic environment with a power hungry hypocrite running everything, there is no advancement not growth, just a group of rude two faced individuals who don’t want to change their ways as they see no error, stuck in the “we’ve always done it this way” mindset, very disheartening that I threw away an opportunity to come here as I was sold something much better than it turned out to be. Upper management went through changes and my style and way of getting things done did not jive with the control freak in power. I had to furnish my own tools and buy my own uniforms there are no perks at all, I strongly advise anyone wanting to make a career here and establish themselves need apply elsewhere, don’t waste your time, not worth the stress.
Cons
They are nowhere close to being a real sign company, very unorganized and hypocritical cutthroat and two-faced, constant bashing of employees behind there backs, no unity, no compassion, very behind in times. Very cramped dirty and dilapidated office building, homeless people camping out at nights and pooping around the dock is not uncommon.
