The most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced.

Pros

Nice coworkers. Nice office. Nice clients.

Cons

Leadership at this organization was deeply problematic, especially among the male executives. There was a pervasive atmosphere of dominance, sexism, and inappropriate behavior that made coming to work physically and emotionally distressing. Women were frequently disrespected, objectified, and subjected to degrading comments masked as "biblical leadership." One executive in particular often looked at female staff in an unsettling, dehumanizing way. Others made inappropriate jokes at the expense of their team members and shared private or sensitive information that should never have been disclosed. It was an abuse of power wrapped in spiritual language, which made it all the more disturbing. I regret not taking the negative reviews seriously before joining. I stayed longer than I should have, but only at the cost of my health and peace. If you're considering this place, think twice—especially if you're a woman. P.S. The culture was too much fun, it became very annoying and a time suck.
