Pros

Free breakfast once a month but it's like they always say "you get what you pay for" so the food is MEH. Half the people are nice.

Cons

Management is terrible here. Everyone in offices are basically the source of the problem. There are real hearty issues with the company and they refuse to address it. There are a lot of individuals that are best friends with C-Level and receive special treatment. The employees who have been at this firm 10+ years are very complacent and have set themselves up to be able to work part time and dodge work. There is a reason why some of them have been there for so long. Trust me, that kind of work behavior won't fly anywhere else. All the good people leave and there is so much turnover at this firm, you would think they would make changes but they don't. If you've become friends with management, they will coddle and enable you so you can complain. Just make sure you're ready to last 10 years. There is a lot of lying that goes on whether it's to the CEO or employees. They say they want to be transparent but obviously not. There are non-technical staff that are hired to manage products and this firm currently doesn't utilize tools to it's full potential due to this. The systems are complete crap. The processes are terrible and built by someone who clearly has no knowledge of what the industry standards are. Seriously, everyone complains and hates it at Dunham. Ask them how many times the trading system crashes a day. I'm sure I know who the employees are that wrote those good reviews and it was most definitely trying to salvage this place and balance out the star ratings. There is also no room for growth. What you got is all you're going to be! BTW...The hidden nanny cam (from the other posted review) is most definitely real. Be careful who you trust. Some people are the puppeteers for management and their decisions.

Pros

Ok pay, nice people, good story behind the investment philosophy but its all smoke and mirrors that most customers are too ignorant to see to understand

Cons

Sales team is a joke, sales as a whole there is a joke, you should essentially be prepared to be a cold caller allllll dayyyyyy longggg if you're an internal sales associate. Very little account maintenance and duediligence. Instead, you're a phone jokey and that is all that's ever discussed...how many calls you made.
