      Decent benefits. 40 hour a week.

      Cons

      Not paying enough. Only give raises once a year and it's only 10 cents.

      The group of people doing the work are amazing. From the janitor up to the managers and directors the company somehow manages to keep really good people way past when they should have left.

      Cons

      Fear based compliance is no way to motivate employees.
