New people changing things making it worst. Never engaging. Telling people what to do constantly. Never hear the floor people. There way or no other way
Decent pay, good work/life balance. OK benefits, options for lateral movement with other subsidiaries.
Cons
Old guard mentality, senior operators spend more time trying to protect their interests rather than teach new to be operators how to operate. Management turns a blind eye to inherent problems that are a top down issue. All for one attitude and self entitlement. Often times diminished, ignored and/or dismissed.
