The culture is equivalent to the “cool kids” that were burnouts in high school and then eventually realized they needed jobs. Turnover. Major turnover, and with good reason. CEO is a complete clown and sells solutions that we don’t even provide. Spells customers’ names wrong on SOWs and among countless other instances of blatant lack of attention to detail and frankly lack of touch with the reality of business. I’m all for a fun and flexible environment, but this place does not support career growth whatsoever. If you want to skate by doing minimal work, this is the place for you.
