      Pros

      A lot of money is spent on perks - building, football league, unbelievably expensive parties and other company events.

      Cons

      If you are at the most junior entry level, then I guess it's ok. As a leader of any sort you would be manipulated, expectations will be managed in a very twisted way, you would be forced to loose any self-esteem and will power of your own and openly lied to after all. Seriously messed up place.
