      The community you work with is amazing and your coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Management can be cliquey and only gives certain benefits to certain employees. If you have a disability, keep it to yourself or it will be used against you.

      Poor place to work

      Pros

      Pay is better than average. Facilities are , for the most part modern, For example antiquated ATM’s are slowly being replaced. Training is ongoing and thorough. Benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Supervisors operating in their own little world. Overemphasize on fraud prevention which leads me to believe their is a poor customer acquisition policy in the first place.
