      Pros

      Work life balance is excellent. Everyone up through middle management is great to work with/for.

      Cons

      The executive team likes to pretend that you're a "family" or whatever but that doesn't really mean anything to them. This is a business and they will cast aside employees without a second thought.

      They can work well with your schedule.

      The upper management doesn't know what anyone does and everyone gets their part done and pass it on to the next but in reality their work is not handed off correctly.
