      Good pay, good work environment, safe procedures, helpful management, great benefits and consistent hours.

      Cons

      If working nights it's a long and lonely shift. Needs more opportunities to move upward.

      Flexibility with work hours, sense of community, work life balance.

      Cons

      No room to advance. Benefits are expensive. Swearing by leadership. Fraternization policy not enforced. Lack of involvement by all managers in knowing what employees do.
