      Pros

      Great executive leadership team. I work at a division of Duravant but interact with the team in Chicago a lot. There professional, strategic and have a great winning spirit. It's a culture where you work hard but have a lot of fun. It's a relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      The company is growing and going through some growing pains. If you like to build processes and influence change it's a great organization.
