Pay attention - not a great place to be

They pay you a wage to aid with your bills and lifestyle etc

Where to begin...the majority of the managers are absolutely incompetent (I won't name departments) and they are allowed to get away with it despite numerous complaints and grievances filed time and time again. Nothing is done about it because its a "family company" and so therefore they look after their own and not their staff. The turnover rate is ridiculous and the loyal staff members who used to work here have all decided to or are in the process of leaving because they have now realised that nobody is willing to listen or work to make things better or keep their staff happy. You have loyal staff going to better Pharma jobs or elsewhere because they are paid better and feel more valued as team members and there is a chance of progression whereas Durbin does not offer that at all. Once you are in a department you are stuck (despite the numerous lies told to you) unless you want to switch departments for a lower position or lower pay. There is so much more I could mention, however, the general gist is only work here if you're looking for something to do in between jobs. Not worth your time, effort, hard work or intelligence (you will be among the few who has any).
