0 process, politics, Non technical people leading technical solutions, Selective WFH based on favouritism, You have to beg for your bonus/appraisal. Company is not output oriented they’d want you to work unnecessarily for 15 hours a day. Sometimes no comp off for work done on weekends. Awful in general
