Pros

Durianpay as a startup has the general startup culture, sometimes you need to crunch, so settle your expectations. But, in general day to day, work life balance is very respected, People don't expect you to work overtime, sometimes you might need to because of timezone issues, but if you have something going on, people respects it. The pay is above the average in Indonesia, with health insurance and book allowance - 1 free book reimbursement per month.

Cons

No inflation salary adjustment, so you are pressured to keep raising your position. As a startup, facing harsh competition in the market, sometimes the stability and runway is questioned, but who knows what the future hold, but I think the people in it are doing their best to face the competition

Pros

As a start-up, things are changing rapidly in this company, thus require some extra attention outside usual working time. The pay and insurance is generous.

Cons

Some should work until midnight or in weekend.
