Pros
I would love to be able to say something positive but there really is none except you do get paid weekly.
Cons
Benefits are awful, employee pays most. No raises, no bonus. Favoritism for sales department. Management and HR are not honest and tell you want you want to hear. No follow up and nothing gets resolved. Family owned company, they do what they want when they want. famous saying "If you don't like it there the door" Want way to much over time and make it mandatory.
