Started off great....then ot went downhill

Pros
Great dispatchers, everyone knows you by name not number, great hometime for an otr job. Won't hound you on your hometime. Paid on time. A safety lane to make sure your trucks are up to par and pretty much on top of repairs and maintenance.
Cons
Some off the office workers are two face. The load planners suck. Will have you sit dispatch you a load not due the next day when you could have it there the same day and not want to give any type of layover. Some off the office workers are racist. Washers at terminal always broke. Only two of them to begin with. If you want to see more of the country this is not the company very limited running area. A lot of broker loads.

Great hometime, decent trucks. No forced dispatch.
Cons
Miles are iffy. Waiting hours on dispatch that can change at any moment. Frequent revolving door of dispatchers. Rude office employees. Lies.
