Pros
Most of the people are great to work with and are generally kind/hard working people.
Cons
The founder thinks he knows how to design and will tell you prescriptively what to do (does not trust you to do your job, nor does he encourage you to explore creatively which inevitably will never lead to good design). I was berated in a meeting in front of my whole team and was told in the most condescending way possible that my designs were "off-brand/cartoonish" which In my 6+ years of designing, I've never experienced such awful/not constructive feedback (I've always worked with kind/supportive founders that have liked my work). The last few months of working at Dutch gave me so much anxiety and completely stifled any creative spirit I had. Please treat your people better.
