Expect too much from employees while paying low wages

Pros

Monday-Friday, benefits, cool coworkers and generally cool higher ups

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all. They start everyone at $15/hr and think that’s really good. Yeah it’s above minimum wage, but it costs $18+/hr working full time to afford living in the Seattle area. And in comparison Dicks drive-in is paying their employees $19-20/hr with free healthcare and tuition assistance. Dwayne Lanes benefits are one of the cheapest out there and and high deductibles
