Pros

+Company is profitable at the moment +Benefits are decent +Friendly staffs +Casual atmosphere

Cons

Diligent and dedicated staffs are leaving in clusters from this company in dire need of experience and humility. Unrealistic and arrogant changes are being rushed with less than desirable outcomes to be expected in due time on top of already existing financial, legal and operational consequences arose by lack of insight, practicality, ownership, control and planning. Good quality and operations are still being compromised if not sacrificed in the name of cost-saving. Business and IT here remains a work in progress with both on going on separate tracks. Risk management and change control is at utmost minimum to completely non-existent with invisible issues slipping through cracks of quality control and audit only to discover them having snowballed into an enormous multifaceted problem later. Lack of objectives and structure across all departments globally let alone any kind of process and productivity improvement is too evident to be ignored. Countless number of meaningless and unnecessary mails, calls and meetings that can and should be substituted with coherent policies, processes and good leadership. Concerns and ideas brought up are left unaddressed due to inconvenience of tackling problems at root causes with preventives measures as everyone is "busy" with other problems and fear of acknowledging the real responsibility by their leaders at any given level. If you're a big talker who can and want to dodge responsibilities, this may be the place for you. If you're looking to contribute to and grow your career in a company that knows what it wants and is constantly working on ways to achieve it, move on along and keep looking.
