      Good product, but management sucks.

      Cons

      Management does not know direction that they are taking. A lot of nonsense reports. The owner is a dictator, only please him. watch out if you have payment due. They will make you sweat to get that.

      Pros

      High intensity environment, so time definitely passes quickly as you work. Amazing feel of satisfaction at the amount you accomplish on most days.

      Cons

      The upper management makes decisions like a weathervane. It's difficult to find a vision for the company to move forward with long term goals and strategies changing on a weekly (or more frequent) basis.
