-overworked and extremely under paid and underappreciated. Worked 5 machines and deburring. -No raises. Will always say their going to give raises, but never do. Worked here for 5 years and always said the same thing, just a bunch of lies. -Personnally stalked/harassed -learning? Get out after 1 year. -he said/she said. Management will always trust 1st shift workers.

Turnover is very expensive to the business. The costs of retraining and rehiring is very expensive. Instead of having employees leave, why dont you promote or give pay raises? Appreciate your employees
