Stale ideas, horrible, boring ads, lack of social media presence, nothing trendy, chaotic approval process, lack of bandwidth, which the owner can not understand, that's leading to the company not being ahead. It's candy it can't be this hard, but it is. Sitting through meetings with biased reviews and positive outlooks on projects that obviously failed, with no professional data or analytics. Core values does not pay the bills, and the salaries aren't sustainable anymore.

What was once a fun, organized workplace has lost its way. Leadership decisions often feel arbitrary, based on personal preferences rather than any real data or strategy. This has led to confusion, inconsistent priorities, and frustration among employees.
