Pros

The only great thing about Dymax is the vacation/time-off. You can practically take a vacation day whenever you want if you're salaried and no one will care.

Cons

None of the workers care about the company because management doesn't give them reason to care. If the SLT actually promoted/hired managers who not only had the educational credentials but were also capable of decent human interactions, morale would improve. Overall, there is a lot of finger pointing and animosity between departments because managers don't know how to reign in their employees and give them the proper guidance.

Don't Work Here!

Pros

Good pay, benefits, that's the list

Cons

Run by a fraud (Greg Bachmann). He does not belong in a business or management position. Poor to non-existent communications from upper management. A lot of wasted lip service to employees, CEO (Greg again) is a dope, his background is in artwork, making ceramic pieces, not management or business. Very frustrating place to work, lots of potential, but upper management is too busy covering it's ass, placating Greg, and using the current management buzz words of the day.

Mind Boggling

Pros

There are a few, really dedicated and competent people still working there. It still has the potential to be a good company.

Cons

This company promotes a culture of fear and apathy. Most employees will tell you that they have checked out and that they are there to collect a paycheck. No one wants to speak up, because if they do, they are afraid of being on management's hit list. There is also a very high turnover at this company - they have removed many of their older employees and have lost much of the institutional knowledge that they need to succeed - bottom line: it is a company that continuously repeats it's mistakes. Upper management are a group of "yes men" who paint an unrealistic picture to the president, who incidentally has turned his back on America for they sake of saving a few bucks (yes, he forfeited his citizenship). THIS is what this company is all about.
