Paid Vacation and Sick time

Cons

Under paid employees that are constantly degraded and are forced to work overtime at the expense of their families and personal lives. Do not file complaints to HR. They will spin it onto you and build a case to fire you.

The only pros are the co-workers that I work with

Company does not keep to there contacts or agreements still unpaid wadges for over a year. Financially unstable. Do not respect there employees

Relaxed environment and good location

Cons

Everything is sugar coated to be something greater than it is . Sales team is terrible , Human Resources department does not help in any way or are useful and the owners of the company only care about themselves . Beware of smaller companies and make sure the leaders actually have credentials to back up their titles .
