Pros
Flexible schedule that allows me to balance day and evening shifts. Respectful, friendly engineering and product teams — they say hello and leave notes when I clean their spaces. Newer building with good ventilation and automatic soap dispensers — makes cleaning easier. Management is responsive when I report issues (e.g., broken mop closet door, supplies running low).
Cons
Sometimes last-minute conference setups mean I’m asked to rearrange heavy furniture on short notice. Occasional understaffing during busy product launch weeks — extra hours without clear overtime planning. Some engineers leave food/coffee in pods overnight, which attracts pests if not addressed quickly.
