Low pay, no clear chain of advacement

Poor management Current operations director doesn't seem to have the best reputation Was fired for not picking up on making appliances fast enough (usually was put on a task for a week or less before being moved to something else), then found out I was fired by my temp agency who let me know instead of the company themselves Expecting to reach an impossible goal when we don't have the work, coupled with the director getting upset when this was pointed out to him by an employee Will likely be let go if you don't pick up on how to do thing fast enough.
