Pros

Dynaflex is a well-organized company with solid people, making it a reliable partner for any project. All the "good" people working there are super happy. However, the "lazy" one would have a hard time surviving

Cons

Management can be quite demanding at times, as they are extremely customer-centric, always pushing us to deliver the best

I regret working here for six months

Cons

You better find job elsewhere rather than doing assembly or easy job here. No room to grow. Early morning work 5am-1pm is a drawback. Poor management.

Pros

Birthdays are celebrated every month (if there is a birthday). Good company culture. Management tries to help you as much as possible. If you are interested in working at an ISO-certified company, this is a good company to consider. Management knows what they're doing. Makeup time is great - take time off, but work later and not use your PTO.

Cons

A growing company, planning on moving in the next 6 months to year. A company on a somewhat lean budget. A smaller company and since most people refuse to elect benefits with the company, benefits aren't great. No vision insurance
