Pros

Other employees are nice, and very helpful. Lot of good looking ladies. Coffee machine and Espresso machine available.

Cons

Everyone seems miserable, and Im not surprised. Pay is extremely low 13/hr, they promised me with bonuses every month but I've not seen a penny yet. They expect you to know all the machining stuff right out of college. I applied for this job not for the money but for the experience. Unfortunately I haven't learned much. Since day 1 I was cutting and testing wires in the crimping department and doing some other stupid tasks like cleaning and sweeping. Don't waste your 4yr Engineering degree on this Be ready to get lectured and insulted once daily by either your crimping dept manager or the Engineering manager or Wayne, the company CEO. Dynalloy has a 1 Star review for a reason, It's a terrible company, you're treated like an animal. You might as well work at Starbuck or some restaurant, you'll learn more and make more. I applied to Dynalloy on CL and I was hired right away and started working the next day. I was hired quickly because Everyone was either quitting

Pros

Can't find anything good to say about this company, may be some interesting projects if you have a chance to touch them.

Cons

Extreme low pay, micro managements. Bait and switch, hired as engineer, but worked like assemblers. Owner said that he wanna control the company like Chinese company in China. Don't believe in their bonus system. Extremely high turn over rate.

Pros

Great comraderie amongst peers. Crimping and engineering, at least. Everyone gets along well. It really is the only good thing about working there. President is superficial and sexist, so there are many beautiful women who work there. They're pretty lenient about giving time off, just don't expect to get pay during it. Dress code is lenient.

Cons

-Shameless dishonesty: They constantly lie to customers and make unreasonable deadlines. They lie to prospective employees about what they pay their longterm employees. They make empty promises to motivate you and then backtrack once you're done doing what was asked of you. They claim to give "Strong bonus opportunities" and talk about how employees there have tripled their pay in bonuses alone. Don't fall for it. Other than two or three guys, non-production employees rarely get bonuses. I'm pretty sure they adjust the bonus systems after projects are completed so they can give out less. I'm also pretty sure they fired a few engineers so that they wouldn't receive bonus they would have otherwise been due. -Nepotism: The owner's kids could all be replaced by people who are far more competent for WAY less pay. Dynalloy waste's millions of dollars every year supporting the bossman's children. And if you aren't one of his kids, regardless of how much you do for the company, they aren't going to give a hoot about you. In fact, it seems like the more competent an employee is, the more Wayne (owner) constantly whines about them. Sales staff STILL doesn't know how to set time lines, and engineers are constantly berated because of the Sales team's utter lack of foresight. Don't work here unless you are completely desperate. If they ask you to do a project with Aragorn, quit on the spot. The only way to get him to stop yelling at you is to yell back at him. If you immediately mimic his rage level, he'll shut up. People who have worked at Dynaloy for more than three years are ALL miserable, self-loathing human beings, with the excepton of Colin and 'Nancy. If you do accept a job here, don't plan on staying. Don't stop applying to jobs elsewhere. Get out as soon as you can. When employees here quit, everyone is hapy they got out.
