      -Decent culture. -Laid back atmosphere. -Some good people. -Solid experience. -Decent pay and benefits. -Flexibility with schedule.

      Cons

      -No growth opportunities. (If someone leaves, someone else gets hired.) -Business is slipping. -Inability to expand business. -Refusal to modernize technology. -Some not-so-good people.
