No limit on what you can earn. Nice people to work with.
Cons
Promise a big future, but it is really multi-level marketing Long hours and you work at least 6 days per week. Because it is multi-level marketing and each division is their own company, they do not offer benefits. Essentially, it is a 1099 position that they take taxes out for you. They require you be there at set hours. This is essentially illegal. They need to pick either a sales/marketing position as a 1099 contractor and you set your own hours, or be a full-time employee with benefits.
