This place is horrible! You aren’t valued or appreciated. It feels like leaderships expectations change daily. The different departments aren't collaborative with one another. Challenges are handled with “be patient, change is coming” when it rarely does. Pay isn’t competitive. The potential promotion or earnings is dangled in your face all the time. Lots of turnover within the past year.

Very little transparency, major tension between different departments, to many people who believe they are the decision maker, overall bad decision making by management, required OT when there is nothing to work on. I used to recommend working there to everyone, I would no longer recommend employment there to anybody.
