Small family owned company felt like family at first
Cons
They will fire you without reason after 5 years of doing almost everything for them! Easily forget about all you’ve done! Will push you to your absolute brink for mass production! If you preform 1 miracle they will except 3 miracles a day after! Branch manager would not work with me over health issues. Overall knowing what I know after 5 years I would never do business with or work for this company!

Pros
Everyone there is very knowledgeable and good at what they do, and that is what makes the company great. The owner is extremely intelligent and very hardworking.
Cons
The owner is also the type of person that once he gets something in his head, there is no changing it. He likes to show that he is the one in control, which is fine: he's the owner. However, he likes to play games and it is very easy for him to trap you in a Catch-22 that you will not win.
