Pros

Most managers and colleagues were very friendly and enjoyable to work with. It was mainly a pretty comfortable, easy job that went by quick during the day. The office and break areas were nicely furnished, well-stocked, and clean.

Cons

The managers gave very little guidance or clarifications on rules and expectations regarding client relation policies in order to prevent costly mistakes. Employees were discharged with no prior warning or review of any kind whatsoever of what they did wrong or even a chance to do better. The department manager consistently neglected to give most employees their designated time in her office each month, however, certain employees were allowed to meet in her office for large periods of time, which consisted mostly of chit-chat. Colleagues with seniority were allowed to either ignore, or berate new employees for making minor mistakes, and excused for not being good with new people. The upper manager was very strict and a bit cold, with very little empathy or interest in employees. The lowest on the rung seemed unimportant and replaceable to them, despite the fact that they worked hard and were put under a lot of stress. Lastly, they recently took a big financial hit, which sent the business and work environment on a downward spiral.

Pros

The company has a diverse and friendly environment.

Cons

No opportunities to grow. Promotions does not guarantee a raise. Annual reviews and raises are purposely postponed by management, sometimes over a year late, or skipped altogether. Hard workers aren't recognized or properly rewarded. Starting wage is low and stays low throughout the years.

Pros

-Very easy job. You show up, do your work, and head home. Very little micromanaging -Pretty flexible schedule. -Casual Attire.

Cons

-Awful Top Management that cannot even agree with each other nonetheless other people. Never even introduced themselves formally, provided any meaningful leadership, or gave performance input. Often would utilize petty behaviors such as having someone "spy" on another department. -Rampant favoritism were senior employees are not subject to the same rules and standards new employees are. Very tribalistic work culture due to the small company nature. If they decide you do not fit in with their "tribe" expect lots of passive aggression. -Constant passive aggression from all departments. Never expect anyone to be direct or a problem solver. Situations are rarely de-escalated or resolved in a professional manner and are instead just left to passive aggressive mass emails that never actually address the core problem. -Very small family owned company by brother and sister who never follow their own expectations they set for others. Constant "vacation" days and never on time. When they do actually show up they mostly sit in their office and make non-work related phone calls that are very loud and distracting while you are trying to work. -Very restrictive health insurance that many hospitals and providers do not accept.
