The onboarding process was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I was told I’d get a bunch office and face time learning their process, CRM, strategies and get plugged into their networking culture. None of this happened. I had to beg to get any CRM or inspection report access and information so I could send to my clients. The regional sales manager at the time gave no attention or even cared about setting the team up for success. Getting assistance with production, or getting bids took very long to acquire which lead to clients asking repeatedly if they were going to ever get them. It put me in a very bad spot with a lot of property owners that I had worked hard on building a relationship. Eventually I was able to get these things on my own and learned the proper channels to do it but it should have never been that difficult and it should have been taught in the beginning. The company went through an acquisition early November and this is what ultimately lead to my departure. I was let go along with a few others who were new. They had pursued us to come on board and it was the worst decision I have ever made in my professional career. Upon leaving it was very difficult to acquire my compensation of contracts I did have signed. I still have yet to receive those and I’ll update a timeline when and if I do. I was let go a week and some days now. I should have gotten these right away. Please be careful going into this company. There is a lot of gaslighting for new hires and the team here does not provide the onboarding or assistance they say they do.
