Passionate Founders and Employees have created a nirvana. I can truly state that the high rating is because of the above. Every single employee is committed to producing the highest quality work. The reason that I see for this is how open the founders are about making our software better and this humility has inspired the staff to be truly innovative. The founders are also committed to their employees as people. They want to ensure that we are getting everything we need. They are committed to our professional development and not knowing something is not regarded as a deficiency it is regarded as an opportunity to teach. I have learned more in the last 3 months as a result of feeling comfortable in sharing what I do not know than at any other organization. It's the little things that also make an enormous impact. Little notes of praise and encouragement go the distance to impact engagement. I truly love working here and enjoy the people I work with! The founders take hiring very seriously, as a result, there is no B team. Imagine this: an all star team working beautifully together to make an award winning software for our members. There is more than a little magic at play, this is the way it should feel in any organization.

1 - The co-founders are smart, positive, outgoing and great leaders that make great decisions, they listen to you, and layout the expectations very plainly. It’s a company that cares about it’s people, product and customers, and a company with a culture, vision and values 2 - The Development team is very strong and collaborative, the most organized code base and team I’ve seen, the team is very well managed and given ample opportunities to learn and grow 3 - The co-workers are very welcoming and have a sense of humour, they know how to put their heads down and work, yet also have a little fun too 4 - The culture is about getting stuff done, learning and having fun, if this is your culture you will fit right in 5 - They do lunch and learns, conferences, books, etc. They walk the talk. All in all a great place to work.
