Great Opportunity for advancement

Pros

This job has a great opportunity for advancement. I came in to this job with little experience, but now I am skilled in sales and marketing, people skills, and teaching others how to be successful. I actually enjoy waking up every morning excited about going to work because of the positive and fun atmosphere that we have there.

Cons

This job requires me to be on my A game at all times, which I am not opposed to, but for many, I can see how it can be tough.

Pros

Great Hours, Paid Training, Paid Travel and Cell phone. For what you do you make a great paycheck and wonderful bonus incentives on top of the GUARANTEED hourly and yes you heard me right Guaranteed hourly plus bonuses! They let you grow at your own pace, like whether you want to just grow with the company or if you want to build a long term future with the company. Full time hours are offered which is 30 - 40 hours a week with the opportunity to make overtime if need be. If I didn't have leave this company for personal reasons, then i would still be with them. Will return though! Travel and Networking trips around California!

Cons

You are definitely investing your time into this company and if you want a management opportunity be prepared to put in the hours, which can get difficult learning how to balance work and life. But if you want to grow into your career it doesn't feel like your giving that time away for nothing.
