Pros

- "Flexible" hours (if you don't mind being socially shamed for not working 12 hours a day 6 days a week) - No work experience or skills required! - Uncapped earnings you can really take advantage of if you are a good salesperson or get lucky - Advancement opportunities if you don't mind participating in what is basically a pyramid scheme and using your sales skills to ensnare unsuspecting new hires into it (They are ultimately a part of Cydcore, a well-known MLM scam agency, and use a nested corporate structure to hide this fact from you).

Cons

- As stated above, they are a part of Cydcore and are basically a MLM sceme. They will promise you advancement opportunities and that you will eventually "own your own business" when in reality you are a middle manager for Cydcore, and they have power of attorney over your bank account. No thanks. - Daily cultish meetings at 7am where they gas up the people who worked 12 hours yesterday and shame the people who failed - Pay never came on time when I worked here. Every paycheck I earned was at least 2 days late. - Some benefits are rolled into your paycheck, while others seem to not exist at all unless you harass management for them. - You will be pressured to work 6 days a week, to work at least 8 hours in the field after your daily 2 hour morning meeting, and then to spend at least 2 more hours when you get home planning the next day. - You have to pay for your own gas and use your own car to drive around 8 hours a day so that you can deceive and annoy your prospects into just going through with your sale. - You will also be socially pressured to go drinking with your coworkers once a week, which you are required to pay for with your own money. In conclusion, unless you are an attractive woman with a lot of energy and have rich parents that pay for your car and gas, please run like hell and do not take this job. They will try really hard to sell you on the job in the interview - don't buy it. If an interviewer has to sell you on a job, you should consider why exactly it needs to be sold in the first place.

Pros

Very hard to find anything positive once you realize the baseless scam that it is.

Cons

This is a deceitful organization, absolutely resiculous, save yourself the time and get a real job. It is a classic MLM company with brainwashing tactics in meetings every morning. YouTube “Cydcor fraud” which is their parent company and you’ll have an epiphany about what you are wasting your life on. It’s a cult, and they prey on people in their 20s with little experience and those who are desperate for a job. Dig around and do your research, dodge the bullet or waste your time at your own peril. Also look up Orange Limited which is the company that Elijah founded before OLN. You will start to see the nonsense and trace the breadcrumbs back to your own MLM. Further information can be found at “The Slave Circle” on YouTube, which is an expose on the MLM Cydcor, which happens to sign Elijah’s checks.

Pros

Long hours, lot of time spent with coworkers in your free time, franchise of OLN Inc/Orange Limited

Cons

Literally a pyramid scheme/multi level marketing operation, bad commission, corny sales and leadership talks. Research DEVIL CORPS as this is a classic example of a predatory business and scam that's replicated throughout the country

Reviewer, To start, we would like to clarify that we are Dynasty Dynamics, not OLN Inc or Orange Limited. It seems you have us confused with another business, which is clear, seeing how you are accusing us of illegal business practices. Dynasty Dynamics works within the sales industry and is partnered with the nation's top telecom company. There is nothing predatory about what we do, and we can assure you that we are not a "scam." Scams and pyramid schemes are illegal in the United States, so if this accusation were true, we would have been shut down. It's clear that you either have our business confused with another or have picked up misinformation secondhand, as it's obvious you never worked with us. Feel free to reach out to us directly; we would be more than happy to answer any questions you have. Best, Dynasty Dynamics Management Team
