Learnt a lot. Some great colleagues and managers.

Cons

Extremely constraining non-complete exit terms that prevents you from working at any other company in the industry. If you join here and don't like it, good luck going anywhere else with the skills you've picked up. Such non-compete terms benefits ONLY the employer, and severely diminishes future work opportunities for employees. Even with the recent laying off, these rules still stand, which is outrageous. Do not join unless you are okay with such limitations. CEO has terribly low EQ, and often sends tone-deaf company-wide emails.

Highly commoditised - clients are no doubt the king but everything has limits. I am told the culture has become a lot better now - however I would encourage future applicants to ask more questions to get an indepth understanding. End of the day, if you like fast paced work its good but i am not sure this can be sustained in the long run.

Everyone else apart from Managment seem to be in the same state of mind so one doesnt feel they are the only one who has given up.

Cons

- Poor Management - Worst HR reps I have ever worked with - Micro management is embedded in the culture
