      The Worst Dysfunctional Company Ever

      Pros

      If you like to work overtime there will be periods of lots of it because the management is built up of complete idiots that dont know how to manage a schedule so they run late and put it on the employees to make the numbers for them any way possible

      Cons

      Favoritism, un fair managment, HR department that figures out creative ways to punish employees. If your good at you job expect management to put more work on you than you can handle and when you tell them it cant be done expect to be pulled in the office and yelled at about it,

      Not a place to stay at long term

      Pros

      Used to be a great place when family owned, then it was sold to a British investment firm. Everything changed of course, they got rid of everyone that new anything about thier products, from management to hourly workers who'd been there for 20yrs. Yearly raises in 2016 were to be only 2%. The only positive thing was health insurance and 401k, and if one likes overtime it was available.

      Cons

      Favoritism, Unorganized, no longer make thier own parts, unstable working atmosphere due to high returns, improper/lack of training of new hires. Low moral in the last 4 yrs.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there. Was a great company several (5+) years ago.

      Cons

      Ownership has driven the people, the moral, the work and now the customers to the bottom. We were instructed to give customers lead-times on products that we knew weren't correct by several weeks. Lying!
