      Pros

      I was able to work with exceptional managers who became mentors.

      Cons

      Family dynamics were too involved with day to day operations. There was no solid foundation to build the business thus company downsizes to cut costs only to go through a hiring frenzy. This is a vicious circle.

      Modern Equipment. Clean Environment. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Hook, line and sinker. They will lure you in with promises aiding your career but will never deliver. Full of empty promises, lack of commitment/appreciation to their top performers and deceitful politics. If you are not a favorite you will never succeed.

      High stress, low pay, poor training, little patience.

      Pros

      Very busy and good vacation package. OT is available and is frequently implied as mandatory. Company is expanding and is in need of people.

      Cons

      The people running management have no understanding of the proper training time frames. Everyday is crisis mode. Stressful situations are rampant and creates sporadic volatility.
