Pros
Good coworkers, chill culture, flexible hours, cool products, flying club membership available
Cons
Low pay, nepotism, low-quality benefits, incompetent HR (not you Beth), PTO, and sick leave are combined, little room for career advancement, technical debt is treated as an afterthought, core dependence on outdated technologies that are no longer maintained.

Work life balance is good. Has great programs for those who are pilots.
Cons
Pay is on the lower end. It's a small company so title changes happen minimaly leading to a sense of no verticality in the company itself.
