      Pros

      This is a unique business and the company is growing. Still small enough that everyone knows each other. Hands-on leaders who care about the employees.

      Cons

      Hard to move up into management because the managers have been here for a long time and the leadership positions do not turn over frequently.

      Pros

      Pay is decent starting out. They never will cap your pay no matter how long you are there which is nice. If you are looking for overtime it is available especially on 2nd shift. The job is fairly simple to do and understand as long as you pay attention to the little details

      Cons

      If you like your brain being stimulated then it’s not the greatest job for you. If things are going well then you aren’t doing much but watching and waiting for job to be done or problem to arise. If you don’t want your brain to be super challenged and like being able to stand in one spot and not do too much then this con could be a pro for you. There isn’t a ton of room for growth in the company but you never get capped on pay and still can grow a little.
