      A small company that needs to change some points of view

      Pros

      The company serves lunch on site; Maybe a good place for starting a career.

      Cons

      There's a lot of legacy code, ideas for evolve it generally are denied. Many Junior employees with a technical experience from College, but without experience working in different business and frameworks. Sometimes the company seems to want a uniform personal behavior, there's no diversity and facility to understand different personalities.

      -Some perks are cool -If you like working in the office, the facilities are ok -Free lunch -Health insurance -Opportunity to learn a lot

      Cons

      -Below average wage -Very bad management. The "masters" or Department Directors aren't qualified enough to manage teams and they also lack a lot of technical/operational/market knowledge - it's not inspiring at all -The company is against remote work -Progression career schema is a joke -Some Managers don't respect your office hours
