Pros
Good work environment, friendly team (who have already left), flexible time schedule, bright team builder evenings, you have opportunties to change and start things....for a while.
Cons
You can’t develop much, family leadership blocks professionalism They decide about you without you, behind you Professional shortcomings They think they are enough good in everything, they are not open to the knowledge management and learn the best practise...like small companies in general.
