New plant, quite clean, all new stuff

Cons

Will bury in more than you can possibly handle. Ireland (home base) will not allow the US to do it's job, and place impossible burdens on US employees. The Irish 'helping' over here would rather lie 10 times than tell the truth even once. they will stab you in the back and then smile while they do it.

It is sad to feel like a kindergartner when something needed to be asked to a Lead/Supervisor. They yell at people in front of others. The black shirt didn’t even know what a torque range needed to be set to on the TOB line. They are so unprofessional, they lack of knowledge, they’re so rude to employees (except their “buddies”), they make the most ridiculous decisions ever!! They always run out of supplies and punish employees with mandatory over time. Like if standing on your feet for 8 hours wasn’t enough. Not everyone gets a raise even if they deserve it. By deserve it I mean to the people that really work because the lower management’s buddies are always crying to be on the easiest jobs being lazy.

Benefits, many of which are company supplied at no cost.

Cons

Very few advancement opportunities, micromanagement from inexperienced managers, work is either feast or famine, no incentives to work hard, no repercussions to lazy employees. Value attendance over work ethic and knowledge. It's too ease to get Attendance Occurrences. Time clock issues disrupt hours and pay. More employees than parking spots.
