On a day to day basis it was up to our discretion to find work to do. Nothing was delegated or organized if a trip needed to be made to another location their was no notice. Not only was it difficult to even know your title, but then even after a year when asking about pay increases or promotions the idea was instantly shut down. Under new management there was a lack of time management, meetings were held without notice then delayed without reason. No sense of community or desire for employees to suceed. No feedback on anything whether it was positive of negative.
