Cons

This company doesn’t appreciate employee’s hard work and great contribution at all. No career development opportunity for employee at all. Be careful who is your boss. One of the managers is a bully. All the team members in his team suffered from workplace bullying. This bully gets protected by HR and executives.

Good to get experience within materials science and the battery industry.

Cons

Management is toxic, workplace bullying the norm with no repercussions from HR. Turnover is high. Not recommended to stay long term.
