Pros

We worked on a program called ABC. We got extra money on our pay checks if we were able to get customers off the phone fast. I learned a lot of skills at this job.

Cons

If you had long phone calls money will be deducted from you hourly rate. Management was terrible. My last 2 months of employment we had different break schedules so we wouldn't make friends with coworkers. You get in trouble for using the rest room outside of breaks. The turnover rate is EXTREMELY HIGH.
