Lovely team that have no issues with explaining how tasks and programs work.
Although tasks are reviewd, I didn't feel any micromanaging at all.
Cons
The business itself relies too much on client's wishes to stay with the company or not.
The crm position doesn't possess a lot of space to grow career wise, and also there's not a lot of freedom to express and engage in creative ways due to client's restrains.
